Terms of Service

1. Services

5 Star Movers Sarasota provides moving, packing, storage, and related services in Sarasota, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in your signed service agreement.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All written estimates provided by 5 Star Movers Sarasota are flat-rate and binding when confirmed in writing. Verbal estimates are not binding. Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original estimate scope.

3. Prohibited Items

5 Star Movers Sarasota will not transport hazardous materials, perishable foods, live animals, cash, jewelry, or any items prohibited by Florida or federal law. See your service agreement for the complete list.

4. Liability

5 Star Movers Sarasota carries cargo insurance as required by Florida law. Liability for damaged goods is limited per the terms of your service agreement and applicable Florida regulations.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move date are accepted without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.
